Terms of Service

Failing to follow my TOS will result in a ban, block, and you will be blacklisted, which means you will not be able to receive any art from me .
Sharing my art or transferring one of my designs to those on the blacklist will also be blacklisted .✦I am open to talking it out, I'm pretty patient so there's a large chance you'll get off my blacklist !!!✦❥ General Stuffs
★Do not claim my creations as yours, I made it.
★Do not trade my creations with those on my blacklist.
★Reselling anything I sell to you for more money immediately puts you in my blacklist. (Ex: you selling an adopt I designed for more than you got it for.) The only exception is if you add commissions or owed art to their gallery. Gift/Free art doesn't add more to the character's worth.
★If you harass or make me and my friends uncomfortable, you will be blacklisted.❥ Art

★Please credit me when using my art !
★Do not try to sweet-talk me into allowing you to use personal art for yourself. I will put you in my blacklist for pressuring me into allowing you to use it.

★Do NOT try to pressure me into making my commissions cheaper, my commissions are already pretty cheap as is and I need to earn money somehow.
★I would prefer if I got at least half the final price for the commission before sending the full version to you.
★If the characters in a commission isn't yours, do not use it.❥ Designs/Ownership
★Do NOT delete any of my designs under any circumstances. If you do rights to the character go back to me.
★Do NOT hide my designs, but if you do, please give me authorization or an access key to said character.
★You must own one of my designs for a month before putting them up for adoption.
★After buying one of my designs, please do not sell them for more than what you got them for. (Unless they have extra art, in which case you may.)
★Do NOT purchase any of my designs if you aren’t planning on using them.
★For some designs, I may request that you trade a character back if you don't connect to them anymore. Failing to do so will put you on my blacklist.What I can/will draw:

Normal Ref Sheet (Includes a Fullbody and a headshot both flat color, as well as a small section for accessories and color pallet) - anywhere between $20-40
Ref Sheet with more stuff (Includes the above as well as a chibi drawing to better see the patterns on an OC and a few expressions, and doodles of other forms if they have them) - $20+Customs (A character design made by yours truly)
Doodle/Chibi custom (A custom designed either in the form of a colored sketch, chibi, or both) -$5-10 depending on complexity
Normal custom (A custom in the form of a colored fullbody, with accessories+paw pad closups, etc.) - $5-15 depending on complexity
Detailed custom (A custom which is designed first as a normal custom, but then I also make a detailed reference sheet for the character) - $10+ depending on complexityAnimation (Animation made in FlipaClip or Procreate)
Profile picture animation Version I (A colored and shaded animation showing either a halfbody or just the bust, a simple blink or expression change, looped animation) - $5 per hour I work on your commission
Profile picture animation Version II (A colored and shaded animation of an expression change or a wave or something of the nature, looped) - $5 per hour
Action gif (A colored gif of a character walk cycle, run cycle, wing flap cycle, bounce or littol simple dance looped gif) - $6 per hour
Looped animation meme - $4 per hour
Not looped animation meme - $6 per hour
Shading adds 1$ per hour !!!
